What Is Bruce Peninsula National Park?
Bruce Peninsula National Park protects 156 square kilometers of forest and coastline along the Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve!
What Makes It Beautiful?
Go for the beaches! The pearly white rocks create a dazzling palette of blue and turquoise along the shores of Georgian Bay. Add towering cliffs lined with brilliant green, and you just might find yourself overwhelmed by the colors of nature. There’s a great feeling of cleanness here, in the air, on the trails, and in the water. (Rumor has it that you can drink straight out of the bay!) Plus, if you’re into sea caves, the Grotto at Indian Head Cove is pretty spectacular!

How Do I Get There?
The main entrance to the park at Cyprus Lake is 4.5km up Cyprus Lake Road from where it intersects Highway 6. That’s 11km southeast of Tobermory, ON N0H 2R0!

When Should I Visit the Park?
This place gets pretty crowded in the summer when the weather and water are warmest. The main tourist rush starts in the second week of May and peters off in September. If you want to enjoy this park in peace and quiet, I suggest visiting in spring or fall!
