For many world travelers, Antarctica is the final destination, but for me, it was my 5th continent! What an incredible place it is, stark, ancient, and uncaring! There are places here that have not been touched by life in millions of years and plenty that have never felt human footprints! It is clean and pristine, a place of contrasts, danger, silence, and of course, penguins!
