Adams County, Mississippi was established in 1799 and named for President John Adams! Its county seat is Natchez, and it doesn’t have a fair! You might recognize Natchez National Historical Park, the Grand Village of the Natchez Indians, Emerald Mound, Jefferson College, and a whole bunch of historic plantations, which are located in this county!
