Millard County, Utah was established in 1852 and named for Millard Fillmore, the 13th president of the United States, who made Brigham Young the first territorial governor of Utah! Its county seat is Fillmore, and its fair is held in Delta! You might recognize Cove Fort, Topaz Mountain, the Great Stone Face, the Snow Goose Festival, and Utah’s first capitol, which are located in this county!
