I met Señor Castorieti when I walked El Camino de Santiago de Compostela in March of 2012! He appeared out of the last snows of the year in the tiny mountain town of O Cebreiro, making him the Adorable Snowbeaver of O Cebreiro!
I later learned that he is a snow spirit that I can bring to life with my hat, so I’ve found ways to bring him to life all over the world, in all sorts of different shapes! Señor Castorieti loves to frolic, and we’ve spent many hours doing just that. Unfortunately, he never fully understands his limitations as a snow spirit and finds himself in a lot of tricky situations, like when he tries to get a sun tan or go swimming. Nevertheless, I always look forward to a romp in the snow with Señor Castorieti! This gallery gives some glimpses into our adventures together! Enjoy!
