What is it? A street marker in a parking lot!
What makes it historical? THE GUIDE SAYS:  This adobe is said to have been built about 1835 by Juan or Ramón Cota.

OTHER TIDBITS: Who? The internet wants to know! I can’t find any resources to tell me who the heck Juan or Ramón Cota were, or why their home was made a historical landmark!
