What is it? The façade of Sacramento‘s Orleans Hotel located in Old Town!
What makes it historical? THE GUIDE SAYS: This hotel, erected in 1852, served as a depot for stage companies and others.

OTHER TIDBITS: Mark Twain stayed here during while he was employed by the Sacramento Union newspaper! The building was build by Maria Hastings from materials she had shipped ’round the Horn, but after it burned down twice, its future use is still up for debate!
