Randlett Park!

Randlett Park
What is it? Randlett Park is a city park in Anadarko, Oklahoma!
What makes it historical? This park was founded in 1901 under the supervision of Colonel Jame Randlette, the administrator of the Indian Agency in Anadarko! More than just a scenic park, it was home to a hydroelectric power plant, municipal pool, and croquet court. In the time since Oklahoma became a state, the park now has playgrounds, walking paths, an RV campground, and a flock of peafowl who live by the river!
How can I Help the Helpers? HERE’S HOW:

  • Be a responsible visitor! Please respect the signs and pathways, and treat all structures and artifacts with respect. They’ve endured a lot to survive into the present. They’ll need our help to make it into the future!
